Black Garlic Mushroom Bites

Delicious black garlic mushroom bites that will please all your guests.


  • 300 g of mushrooms (of your choice) cleaned and trimmed ( Morille Québec products can be a very good option once rehydrated)
  • 2 cloves of black garlic
  • 200 g salted butter
  • 60 ml sour cream
  • 12 thin slices of baguette bread


  1. Fry the bread in 90g of butter for around 3 minutes, over medium heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, crush the black garlic with a spoon. To book.
  3. In a pan, melt the remaining butter over medium heat, add the mushrooms then, without stirring, let them brown for about 90 seconds. Flip the mushrooms and continue cooking for another minute. Remove from the heat and mix the mushrooms with the black garlic in the mixing bowl.
  4. Place the croutons on a plate, garnish with the mushroom mixture then a touch of sour cream. Serve.
