Black Garlic Butter
As simple as it is delicious, this butter will go wonderfully with crab and lobster.
Let a slice of black garlic butter melt on your favorite piece of meat straight from the BBQ.
Ingredient
- 100 grams of softened salted butter
- 4 peeled black garlic cloves or 20 grams of black garlic paste
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in the bowl of your standing mixer (can also be done using a bowl and fork).
- Mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
To obtain a log, roll the butter in parchment paper and leave for a few hours in the refrigerator.
Replace traditional garlic butter
Use black garlic butter to accompany a crab or lobster meal.
